The BWC21 Business Writing Skills course contains training in the essential skills business people need to write clear, effective, professional e-mail, memos, letters, and reports. It is intended for business people who want to learn the critical skills, but don't have time to devote to studying the entire course with instructor interaction. The course is designed to help trainees feel they can write a document confident that it will be understood and generate the desired response.

The course is self-study, meaning there is no instructor contact during the course.

CONTENT
